FileHOA.com does not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. This includes selling data to data brokers, advertisers, or any other third parties.
What We Do NOT Do
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), “selling” includes sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or other valuable consideration. We do not:
- Sell your email address, name, or account information to third parties.
- Share your document generation history with advertisers or data brokers.
- Use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
- Participate in advertising networks or data marketplaces.
- Allow third parties to collect your personal information through our website.
Limited Data Sharing (Not a Sale)
We do share limited information with service providers who help us operate our business, but these arrangements are NOT considered “sales” under CCPA because:
- The service providers only process data on our behalf.
- They are contractually prohibited from using or disclosing your information for other purposes.
- No monetary consideration is exchanged for the data.
Our service providers include:
Cloudflare, Inc.
Hosting, database storage, and security services. Data processed solely for infrastructure purposes.
Stripe, Inc.
Payment processing. Stripe processes payment data under their own PCI-DSS compliance program.

Your CCPA Rights
As a California resident, you have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. Since we do not sell personal information, no opt-out action is necessary. However, you still have the following rights:
