Yes. All plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract. Cancel from your account settings at any time and you will retain access through the end of your current billing period.
What does "state locks in" mean?
On Starter and Standard plans, the first state you generate a document for becomes your locked state. All future documents on that plan will be for that state only. Upgrade to Enterprise to access all 50 states.
Are these documents legally binding?
FileHOA.com provides templates for informational and administrative purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice. You should review completed documents with a licensed attorney before relying on them for enforcement or legal proceedings.
What does "state overlays" mean?
State overlays are the state-specific adjustments applied to every global template. For example, a California violation notice automatically includes Davis-Stirling Act citation fields and IDR offer language required by Civil Code § 5900. Texas notices include Chapter 209 timelines.
