Retention: 5 years

Required resale certificate under the Maine Condominium Act disclosing assessments, reserves, violations, and pending litigation for the unit being sold.

Required at every unit resale

Annual Budget Ratification Notice

Mandatory

33 M.R.S. § 1603-115

Notice to all members that the proposed annual budget will be deemed ratified unless a majority of all unit owners reject it, per the Maine Condominium Act procedure.
