Minn. Stat. § 515B.4-107

Mandatory10 days

HOA must provide a Resale Disclosure Certificate within 10 days of written request. Must include: declaration, bylaws, rules, most recent financial statements, reserve study summary, and pending assessments.

Retention: 5 years
Disclosure: Provided to buyer within 10 days of request.

Reserve Disclosure

Minn. Stat. § 515B.3-114

Mandatory

Associations must disclose the status of reserve funds in the annual budget distribution. Reserve study recommended but not universally mandated by statute.

Retention: 7 years
Disclosure: Distributed annually with the budget.
