Seller must provide buyer with a disclosure statement including all governing documents and any outstanding assessments. Buyer has 5 business days to rescind after receipt.
Annual Report

HOA must provide an annual report to all lot-owners including: financial statements, reserve fund status, and a summary of major decisions made during the year.
